Our roots run two decades deep — delivering for Cisco, Nomura, Mitsubishi, and Fujitsu. Here's why we rebuilt around AI.
Where we started
Ryzlink began as Chuwa America, a software development and consulting firm. For two decades we delivered R&D, quality engineering, and globalization work for enterprises across finance, medical, and networking — earning long-term partnerships with Cisco, Nomura Research Institute, Mitsubishi, and Fujitsu.

The thing clients valued most was never just code. It was our training system — the way we turned new graduates into senior-grade engineers, and the culture that made people proud to be here.
Why we changed
AI didn't make our craft obsolete. It raised the ceiling. So we rebuilt our practice around it: machine-learning engineering, intelligent automation, and a talent model where every engineer is fluent with modern AI tooling.

Same DNA, new era
We kept our motto — Pursue Excellency, Take Initiative — and pointed it at a new frontier. Today Ryzlink ships AI products in-house and supplies the AI-enabled engineering talent that helps the world's best teams move faster.
